  1. As an uncircumcised man I’d like to clear some parts of that article.

1- Obviously you have to wash the foreskin, just like any other part of your body. Don’t use the type of soaps that you use for the rest of the body, they irritate the foreskin. Just water is fine, but there are liquid soaps out there that are specially designed for the genital areas, I recommend them.

2- While inflammation and irritation can happen, they are rare, and I’m calling BS on them being common. If you have a decent hygiene there’s no cause for alarm. With regards to swelling and discharges, they never happened to me as far as I can tell.

3- Phimosis is a condition that could require a circumcision if it gets too serious. Generally a person with signs of phimosis can try to retract the foreskin gently bit-by-bit regularly, as to develop more elasticity in the foreskin. That being said, phimosis is still a rare condition.

4- Odor? That’s BS, if you clean yo’ dick!

5- Foreskin getting trapped in zippers? What? Yeah right, only if the person is a complete fucktard.

6- Masturbation. I agree that if the foreskin is retracted and the glans is exposed, lube makes a ton of difference since the glans of an uncircumcised penis is very sensitive, and a pleasurable activity can become painful after a while. However on the upside, if you don’t retract the skin there is NO NEED FOR LUBE, since the foreskin is providing protection for the glans, while also providing extra pleasure. So fap away, gents!

7- Sexual partners. I suppose that in North America you could feel a bit more nervous when it comes to showing your dick to new partners, but out here in Europe as far as I can tell it’s not really an issue. My dick never got me rejected. The article is quite right when it says that if the woman doesn’t like it, well then to hell with her, she’s not worthy of you. If the girl really wants to get involved with you and fuck your brains out, whatever, she won’t give two shits if your cock looks like a hooded old lady.

This comment was a bit lengthy, but I hope it helps you guys. Take care and clean yo’ dick!

A Dorsal Slit is a less invasive procedure before resorting to circumcision.

        Preputioplasty is even less invasive.

I’m crying right now because I remember being circumcised when I was a young boy. I remember them trying to put me to sleep and it scared the shit out me me seeing the doctor trying to put the mask on me and I remember them giving up on that and going ahead and I remember screaming in pain while they were doing the procedure.

    1. Nobody should have to go through that. I feel for you, brother.

I was circumcised, so this article isn’t particularly relevant to me, but I’m glad to see it here. It’s a good sign that the site is fulfilling the promise of a positive focus on men, unfettered by the interests of women. It’s easy to get trapped into a cycle of criticism, and more difficult to discover new directions of positive growth.

    Thanks for posting.

What kind of weird place thinks it is needed to write an article about this?! Really, take a second to think about it.

And the advice on hygeine is really dumb. Our dicks are self cleaning in the same way vaginas are. It will be fine without lots of washing but probably will smell a bit, just like a vagina. No one is suggesting it being necessary to put soap into the vagina, right?

Jerking off with foreskin got to be alot easier. When horny the precum stays under the foreskin and lubricates it so it’s all lubed up and ready to go. If not, maybe you are not really in the mood or not that in to her. 😉
